Jenifer pulls from her background as a life coach to facilitate discussions focused on personal growth and transformation while offering her expertise on coloring, meditating and self-care.

Jenifer created her series of “Guided Meditation Coloring Books” to introduce more people to the benefits of guided meditation. Coloring and meditation share many key benefits:  Relaxation, tapping into your natural creativity, and embracing the present moment as a spiritual practice. She has been leading meditations for over 20 years and uses her background as a professional artist and life coach to bring great value to this workshop.
